Advancity (Caz Information Services Trading Joint Stock Company) places utmost importance on the security of the personal information you provide to us during access to paid or free trainings, reviewing trainings, and the pre- and post-purchase discussions of the training, as well as during the establishment and execution of the training agreement. In this context, we would like to inform you about some important definitions and issues specified under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, which came into effect on April 7, 2016.

1. Parties

These terms of use are regulated between Caz Bilişim Hizmetleri Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, registered at Esentepe Mh. Akademiyolu Sk. Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi No. 10 D/206 Serdivan, Sakarya, referred to as "Advancity" or "Our Company," and the party using and benefiting from our content created by Our Company ("Product"). These terms determine the conditions of using and benefiting from the Product, as well as the obligations of the parties concerning them. Our Company and the User, collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as the "Party.

Any operation performed on personal data, whether wholly or partially automated or non-automated, including but not limited to the collection, recording, storage, preservation, alteration, rearrangement, disclosure, transfer, takeover, making it obtainable, classification, or prevention of the use of data,

A natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the data controller based on the authority granted by the data controller,

 

5. Data Record System

The record system in which personal data is processed according to specific criteria,

 

6. Data Controller

A natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of processing personal data and is responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system,

 

7. Purposes and Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data

The purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data include collecting necessary data for the establishment and performance of an employment contract, storing data in relevant places, such as personnel files, collecting and processing data necessary for the conduct of our company's activities, organizing all records and documents serving as a basis for processing in electronic or paper format, and storing, reporting, and complying with information obligations as required by legislation and relevant authorities.

8. About Your Personal Data Held/To Be Held by Our Company

Name, surname, address, telephone, TCKN (Turkish Republic ID Number), payment details, gender, health information, age, and other information obtained from you during the continuation of the training service, as specified in the Trainee Training Agreement. Within the scope of the law, our company acts as the "data controller." As the data controller, your personal and/or special qualified personal data specified in Articles A.1, 6, and 7 of this form may be wholly or partially obtained, recorded, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, and kept for the period specified by the law or required for the purpose for which they were processed. They may be shared with public institutions and organizations in Turkey or abroad with which our company cooperates or is legally obligated to do so, and/or third-party individuals/legal entities residing in Turkey or abroad, limited to only banks in case education fees are paid with bank loans, for the purpose of resolving potential damages arising from situations such as theft or accidents during the training. Personal data may be processed, transferred abroad, or prevented from being used, including meeting legal or service-related requirements.

 

Your personal data may be collected in writing, verbally, or electronically through our company/branches/affiliates/website/call center/partner or supplier companies, and any other channels.
 

Our company processes your personal data both as a party to the training agreement and for the performance of the training agreement and the conduct of company activities, and keeps them registered for a "reasonable period." Therefore, our company processes your personal data in compliance with Law No. 6698 and other legal regulations, including private education institution regulations and tax legislation.

7. To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions envisaged in Article 7 of the Law,

8. To request the notification of the transactions made in accordance with the above 5 and 6 requests to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

9. To object to a result against oneself arising from the analysis of processed data solely through automated systems,

10. In case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage. If you wish to exercise the above rights, you should apply to the branch where you received the training.

 

This information notice is an integral and inseparable part of any service/training contract you have signed with our company.

For your requests within the scope of these rights, in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller in accordance with the Article 5; you can submit your requests in writing or using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address you have previously notified to our company and recorded in our system, to kvkkbilgitalebi@advancity.com.tr.

CONSENT STATEMENT FOR PROCESSING THE TRAINEE'S PERSONAL DATA

Our institution has provided me with the necessary information regarding the protection of my personal data in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and related legislation, both orally and in writing.

Within the framework of the information provided to me; in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I hereby give my informed explicit consent for my personal and/or special qualified personal data, which reaches you through all kinds of channels, including but not limited to your company acting as the data controller, your branches, affiliates, call center, related companies, internet sites, and social media pages, to be wholly or partially obtained, recorded, stored, modified, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, and kept for the period specified by law or required for the purpose for which they were processed. My personal data may be shared with public institutions and organizations in Turkey or abroad with which your company cooperates or is legally obligated to do so, and/or third-party individuals/legal entities residing in Turkey or abroad, limited to only banks in case education fees are paid with bank loans, for the purpose of resolving potential damages arising from situations such as theft or accidents during the training, as well as with insurance companies. My personal data may be processed, transferred abroad, or prevented from being used, including meeting legal or service-related requirements. I consent to the processing of my personal data, including the sharing of my data with your company and/or your sub-agents, for purposes stated above, in a manner that leaves no room for doubt, with my informed explicit consent on this matter.
